Rey is a seasoned professional with over 30 years in the overall Health & Welfare industry. He has gained deep knowledge and expertise in this industry through his work within the Payor/Carrier segment, the Provider segment, and as a Benefits Consultant. He is passionate in assisting employer groups lead the overall transformation of the healthcare industry by bringing transparency, quality, innovation and a much better patient experience to the forefront.
As Senior Vice President of Human Capital, Rey focuses his time on leading consultative strategies and results for Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies across the Human Capital Risk segment. Rey provides innovative solutions and thought leadership to enhance the employee benefits offering, reduce overall costs and maximize investments while balancing employee demands.
Prior to joining Hauser, Rey spent time in leadership roles at Aetna, Principal Financial Groups, AMPS and most recently Mercer. Rey led the Mercer benefits practice in Minneapolis for 9 years providing strategic oversight for the Health & Welfare book of business.
