Andrew Estill is Managing Director, Corporate Risk at Hauser, where he supports the firm’s corporate and private equity clients in navigating complex risk financing, multinational operations, and growth-driven transactions. Andrew brings more than two decades of experience in global risk advisory, having held senior leadership roles across Operations, M&A, and Business Development. At Hauser, he focuses on building scalable risk solutions that align with private equity growth strategies and long-term enterprise value creation.
Prior to joining Hauser, Andrew spent nearly eight years with Willis Towers Watson, most recently as Director of Operations for Global Services & Solutions, where he helped lead cross-functional teams and advance data-driven benchmarking and multinational broking programs. Earlier in his career, Andrew spent 18 years with Aon Risk Solutions, serving in multiple leadership roles including U.S. Co-Leader of the Multinational Practice and Central Region Team Leader. In these roles, he supported complex international risk programs, multinational M&A due diligence, and global client network strategy across industries and geographies. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from Dickinson College and completed additional economics studies at the University of Cambridge.
