Hollie Area is Vice President, M&A Human Capital at Hauser, where she leads employee benefits and retirement due diligence for private equity and corporate transactions. In her role, Hollie partners with deal teams to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and support informed decision-making throughout the M&A lifecycle, with a focus on smooth integrations and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Hauser, Hollie spent five years with Lockton Companies, where she served as a Unit Leader and Transaction Advisor, leading teams that specialized in health and welfare and retirement due diligence for private equity clients. Earlier in her career, she held roles in commercial and business banking with U.S. Bank, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, and Envista Credit Union, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and operational leadership. Hollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Kansas State University.
