Jessica Rook is Vice President and Team Lead, M&A Corporate Risk at Hauser, where she advises private equity firms and strategic buyers on insurance due diligence and transaction-related risk. In her role, Jessica leads M&A corporate risk engagements, partnering closely with deal teams to identify exposures, structure risk transfer solutions, and support informed decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining Hauser, Jessica spent five years with Lockton Companies, where she progressed through multiple roles including Transaction Advisor and Transaction Analyst. During her time at Lockton, she supported middle-market and private equity transactions across a range of industries, building a strong foundation in business insurance due diligence, data-driven risk analysis, and client advisory services. Jessica began her career with Lockton as an Associate Account Manager and intern, gaining early exposure to complex commercial insurance programs and transaction execution. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Statistics & Data Science and Mathematics from Kansas State University.
