John Gaffney offers three decades of extraordinary success in a series of high-level roles at top tier companies that include EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, Sequoia Consulting Group, WellCare Health Plans, SP Industries, Dechert LLP, Brooks Instruments, and Rumsey Electric Company. John’s invaluable expertise and broad business range have powered a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction. As the Co-Managing Partner and COO for Hauser Insurance, John is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of business and ensuring that the company’s operations activities align with its strategic goals. John holds a master’s degree in human resources development from Villanova University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Salle University.
He is an active member of Vistage, an international peer mentoring membership organization for CEOs, business owners and executives, and facilitates leadership development with executives across multiple industries. John, his husband, and his two children live in the metro Atlanta area. John enjoys spending time with his family, working out at the gym and singing in his church choir.
