Madie Glazer, RPLU is Vice President, Commercial Marketing at Hauser, where she leads commercial marketing strategy and supports the firm’s brokerage teams in delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences. In her role, Madie focuses on aligning marketing execution with operational excellence, helping drive growth, efficiency, and scalability across Hauser’s commercial platform.
Prior to joining Hauser, Madie spent more than four years with Founder Shield, where she held progressive leadership roles including Client Experience Leader, Insurance Operations and Associate Director, Team Lead. Earlier in her career, she worked with Willis Towers Watson, HUB International, and State Farm, building a strong foundation across brokerage operations, middle-market insurance, and mergers and acquisitions support. Madie holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Public Health from Western Illinois University and is a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
